The individual attention and corrections you receive in a private session can advance your practice far quicker than routine classes in a studio setting, and it can be done at your chosen time and place!

YOGA FOR GOLFERS:
Yoga for Golfers – Yoga is the secret to improving your game and finding balance in both the mind and body. Develop core stability to increase your golf swing, increase your range of motion, build awareness of muscular imbalances, and prevent injury. Open the hips, the shoulders, increase flexibility in the spine, and improve proprioception & mental focus. Yoga for Golfers is the perfect way to refine and enhance your golf game.
Appropriate for all levels. (Even non-golfers!)
PARTNER YOGA – FOR TWO FRIENDS OR A COUPLE:
Lots of fun! Develop stronger and more flexible bodies and a deeper connection with your partner. As you practice, you pay close attention to your partner’s body as well as your own. Moving together with awareness creates a deep synchronicity with each other. Synchronized motion develops the joy and respect for each other’s strength and flexibility. Synchronized breath, eye contact and smiles add a lot to the practice.
RESTORATIVE YOGA:
Deeply Relax, Rejuvenate and Revitalize with Restorative Yoga. Experience a mix of therapeutic and gentle yoga, combined with some breath work, guided meditation and hands on energy work. A time for you to relax, de-stress and just feel good. Get a great gentle and deep stretch and release tightness. Restorative yoga is like an inner massage. When your mind relaxes– your true vacation begins. The calming effect of the yoga is an unexpected and exciting side effect and benefit. If you have never gone to a regular yoga class because you’re too tight, too inexperienced, or too whatever –you can do Restorative Yoga. Everyone can – different body types, ages, and skill levels.
HOT YOGA 26 & 2:
Experienced Yogis – Deepen your practice. Fine tune and correct your postures. Perfect start for beginners. Hands on adjustments. In-Studio only with infrared heat.
PILATES INTERVAL TRAINING:
A deep core workout that combines High Intensity Interval Training and Pilates principles. Pilates combines muscle toning and cardio. The practice creates long, lean muscle mass while burning fat. It creates rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. Pilates Interval Training is performed on a yoga mat & towel. All movements are low impact, which protects your joints and muscles from the pounding of other exercises like running and jumping. This technique keeps the mind calm as the body is working at maximum potential.
