HOT BIKRAM YOGA

Hot Yoga class is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 90-minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well-being. This class is suitable for all levels.

Brazilian Zouk is characterized by the dancer’s undulating bodies and flowing hair. Brazilian Zouk is a beautiful latin partner dance that combines the grace of Bolero with the heart of Brazilian Lambada. No need to bring a partner. Dance Instruction for all levels.

Class sizes are small, held indoors in a non-competitive atmosphere and are one hour long. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in, water, bring your yoga mat and an open mind to learn something new.

The Transcendental Meditation (T M) technique is a simple, effortless technique for improving all areas of life. The technique is easily learned and is practiced sitting comförtably in a chair with the eyes closed for 15 to 20 minutes twice a day.
During the TM practice, the active thinking mind settles down naturally to a state of “pure consciousness,” where the mind is silent yet fully alert. At the same time the body gains a protbund state of rest and relaxation.
